Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Casuya, you agree to these terms. Accounts are provided as Student, Teacher, or Admin (admin provisioned by your school).

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully, to respect the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. Schools are responsible for managing their users' access.

Payments

Where payments are enabled (for example, mobile-money checkout), you authorize the charged amount and accept the terms of the payment provider. Payments may be non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Lesson content, branding, and software are owned by Casuya or its licensors. You may use content within the platform for personal or classroom learning as permitted.

Termination

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive. You may stop using the service at any time.
